WAGYU SMASHBURGER
Wagyu beef patty (300 g of pure beef) on a croissant bun with Gouda cheese, Thousand Island sauce, lettuce, and tomato.
FRIDAY: PRIME RIB
Prepared in the American steakhouse style: cooked at high temperature to form a golden crust, then slowly at low temperature until it reaches maximum juiciness and tenderness. Served with its own reduced sauce, creamy mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.
