Kagoshima fashioned
Introducing the perfect match between Black Whiskey, a Peruvian whiskey made from black corn, and A5-grade Wagyu beef. Legado escanciado
The tradition of arbutus liqueur blends with the culture of Oloroso sherry and the presence of rum in this cocktail, giving it the nuances of years of evolution and development in its production. Chicha Sour
A classic at La Cuadra de Salvador, this is a version of the traditional Pisco Sour, blended with another characteristic ingredient of Peruvian cuisine: Chicha Morada. A cocktail of nuances in which notes of cinnamon and cloves stand out.
Punkin Mary
Our punkiest version of the Bloody Mary blends the best of vodka with pumpkin, chipotle chilli liqueur and grapefruit. The result is a cocktail with umami flavour and a slightly spicy kick. Ideal for whetting your appetite or accompanying one of our meats at La Cuadra de Salvador.

Inti
In honour of the sun god, Inti, this cocktail combines spicy and citrus flavours in a stunning experience. It harnesses the benefits and flavour of turmeric, along with the botanicals in gin, to culminate in the slight sweetness of maraschino liqueur. All these ingredients come together to create an original experience that transports you to the festivities of Intiraymi.
La Confesión de Don Juan
Previously called El Secreto de Don Juan, the evolution of this cocktail led us to his confession... He didn't like blueberries. In this twist on one of our most iconic cocktails, we replaced the blueberry flavour with peach, which, together with white vermouth, gin and coffee liqueur, makes it an ideal choice for those who enjoy pastries.
Punchao
An allegory to sensory pleasure and tropical flavours. Complex fruit flavours from passion fruit and smoky notes from mezcal come together in this sweet and sour cocktail that transports you to another place. Created as a pairing for our Tomahawk steak, it turns the dining experience into something truly complete.
Qomer Kallpa
Fuerza Verde, a fruity and citrusy blend, thanks to the combination of green apple, grape and gin. It has an elegant and fresh flavour that evokes the Andean sensation from which it takes its name. Blue Oyster Cult

Resurdimento
This cocktail pays tribute to one of the most important movements in Galicia's cultural history. Using a liqueur made from detox grapes, basil and ginger as its main ingredient, it is a fresh reinterpretation of the region's traditional liqueurs. Accompanied by Pisco and Elderflower Liqueur, this cocktail is the ideal substitute for the typical herbal shot and encourages you to try new flavours at the end of the meal.

No menu would be complete without an allegory to a cocktail as classic and legendary as the Paloma. In this case, we give it a twist by incorporating aguaymanto, which, together with tequila, gives the cocktail its own identity. It will evoke that much beloved Paloma, but with nuances never before applied.
