The Essence of Salvador, from the Origin

This innovative dining concept began in 2013 in Lima, Peru, where it already has four locations (Barranco, San Isidro, Chacarilla, and La Molina). Now, it opens its doors in Madrid. Located in the Las Cortes neighborhood, one of the most beautiful and exclusive areas of the capital, the restaurant specializes in fusion cuisine, with a particular focus on Peruvian gastronomy and premium cuts of meat.
